Health status is private matter and we assure everyone that the information we collect is kept safe and secure and is never shared with any individual or entity. Furthermore, no information can be shared unless we have written consent by the individual on a medical release form. In addition, when we ask for name, phone number, address or email this information will not be shared. Our records will only be used for statistical data and will never be released to any other persons or entities without written consent.
